The Swamp Restaurant offers the perfect party atmosphere to host any party or special occasion. The Swamp can provide you with a private setting, inside or outside, complete with full service catering and bar tending.
The Swamp requires all groups to sign a rental agreement and all rentals and prior arranged menu items must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance of the rental date. Rental availability varies throughout the year so it is important to book your event early to ensure the date and time desired.
During peak times, rental rates may vary at the discretion of the Swamp.
Food selection for all events are required to be finalized at least 72 hours prior to the event date. Food items may be selected from Swamp’s delicious catering menu or ordered off the regular menu.
Alcohol for parties and events can be pre-purchased at a set rate or ordered off the regular menu. This option is reserved for groups paying a rental fee. Drafts, pitchers, wines, and wells are all available for purchase for a set rate prior to the event.
The Swamp utilizes the drink ticket system. You will be able to purchase a set number of tickets prior to the event which will be able to be redeemed during the event for the items that you have pre-selected.
Kegs can be pre-purchased prior to your event. A domestic keg costs $175.00, which entitles the purchaser to 35 drink tickets redeemable for pitchers. These tickets are only redeemable at the bar or through a waitress and can only be used during the day of the event. There is a limit of 2 kegs that can be purchased in advance. Additional kegs may be purchased from the manager on duty during the event and are available at the sole discretion of the Swamp.
If your party requires a bartender, there is a $50.00 bar set-up fee and $50.00 staffing fee. All fees due prior to the event.
Back Deck - will hold up to 70 people
$200.00 for the first 3 hours and $50.00 for every additional hour.
Upstairs Inside - will hold up to 70 people
$250.00 for the first 3 hours and $50.00 for every additional hour.
Entire Upstairs - The Swamp recommends groups of 70 or more to rent the entire upstairs.
$400.00 for the first 3 hours and $75.00 for every additional hour.

The Swamp is happy to contribute gift certificates to any charitable organization. Please submit your donation request in writing for our consideration.
